- For refund or exchange it is compulsory to fill this form and sent it back with product otherwise company may not entertain in this regard without form
- If you are not satisfied with product due to Size, Defected/Damaged, Wrong article, color you can request for replacement or refund depending upon our polices within 3 days once product delivered.
- In case of customized order exchange or refund facility is not available
- No exchange or refund on sale items.
- Any claim after 3 days will not be entertained
- Change of mind or choice is not applicable in any condition
- Returns are only accepted on following conditions - Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Tags, if any, should be attached. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable
- Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you are returning an item for exchange, you should return first. Once this is done, you will then need to make a new purchase for the item you want and the amount will be adjusted.
- Amount will be refunded within 3 weeks, once we receive product back.
- Please note courier chargers will not be refunded in any case.
- Please note if your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will email you a credit voucher or may give additional discount voucher with it as well. Vouchers can be only used for shopping at Fabbitt.
