Through Fabbitt, we deliver the products that set you above and apart, make you feel better and special. Whether you’re wearing our Pret on the street, or our Luxury Pret at the parties or our westerns at the college or workplace, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your fabbitt.com purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 15 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.
*Because custom and personalized made to order products are made just for you, they are not returnable. Also, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange if the items have been worn and/or washed. Please make sure that the products that you send us back are in exactly the same condition in which you received them, with tags intact.
If you have made your purchase through your debit card, credit card or paypal, we’ll return you your amount in full through the same medium. If you have made your purchase through ou Cash-on-Delivery service, we will mail you a cheque or deposit the amount in your bank account after discussing with you your preferred course of action.
