• HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at FABBITT is easy:
Use the CLOTHING, BAGS, SHOES and ACCESSORIES links.
Once you have found an item of your choice, choose your size and/or colour if applicable and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page.
Click on 'PROCEED TO ORDER' to complete your purchase.
• WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES FABBITT ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
We accept payments from all major credit cards using the payment portal of 2Checkout and SIM SIM. Orders being delivered to Europe and North America can be paid for using the 2Checkout portal. This portal accepts all major cards whereby payments are protected by the card supplier, and if you like, for added security, you can also pay with PayPal to make double sure that your payment is fully protected using the 2Checkout portal. Customers in Pakistan can use 2Checkout or SIM SIM according to whichever they choose to use.
First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

• WHERE CAN FABBITT DELIVER TO AND WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We’re proud to offer shipping services worldwide. We are also careful to dispatch orders with a tracked DHL service. We can provide all customers with tracking details of their orders.
• HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT BE?
Delivery time is between 4 - 12 days, depending on where the delivery address is. However, bridals and custom orders can take longer, depending on your customisations. Please feel free to contact us to check on the status of custom orders.
Please note, during sale periods your purchase may take longer to arrive. During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.
• CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
